Mr. Namho Lee is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of V&S Investment Management.
Mr. Lee is responsible for the overall management of V&S’s investment management team. Since establishment of V&S in 2006, he spearheads both the investment and research processes of the firm. Prior to founding V&S, he spent over eight years at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Citibank, where he accumulated extensive experience in investment management, trading, and structuring of various types of securities.

Mr. Lee received his MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and his BA degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University. Mr. Lee is a CFA charterholder and a certified FRM.

Mr. Chaewon Ri is a Managing Partner at V&S Investment Management, responsible for overall management of the firm’s research. He holds a leadership role in the firm’s research process, seeking out value and special situations opportunities. Prior to joining V&S, he was with JP Morgan, Prudential Asset (PCA), Schroders and Daewoo Securities, where he accumulated extensive experience in the investment, equity research and M&A advisory areas.

Mr. Ri received his MBA degree from the University of Chicago, and his BA degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Mr. Jeongjae Im is a Managing Partner and Co-CIO, Mr. Im is in charge of the investment team at V&S. He has over 20 years of experiences in equity investment and equity research. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Im was in charge of Domestic Equity Investment Team at National Pension Service in Korea. Formerly, he was a portfolio manager at Shinhan BNP Paribas Investment and Mirae Asset Investment.

Mr. Im holds a BA degree in Business Administration at Seoul National University.

Mr. Hong is a Managing Director and manages institutional funds at the firm. He has over 20 years of experiences in equity research and investment. Prior to joining the firm, he was a PM at Hyundai Asset Management. He worked as equity analyst covering financial sectors at Shinhan Securities and Hyundai Securities.

Mr. Hong holds an MBA from Kelly School of Indiana University and a BA degree in Economics at Yonsei University.

Mr. Park is a Managing Director at V&S Investment Management. He executes mainly institutional funds with more than 10 years of equity research experience driven by seeking under-valued companies. He formerly was a Senior Financial Analyst in Economic Research group at KPMG, and previously worked as a Quantitative Analyst at FnGuide.

Mr. Park holds a BA in Economics from Rhodes College and MA in Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University.

Ms. Park is a Director at V&S and manages both institutional and retail funds. She has over 10 years’ experience in equity research and fund management, focusing on both value and value-growth styles. Prior to V&S, she was an Analyst at Yonhap Infomax.

Ms. Park has a BA in Business Administration from Hongik University and an MBA from Ewha Womans University. She is a Certified Financial Risk Manager.
